Reblochon is quite an expensive cheese. Probably because it tastes so good.
Other than clarifying that you should use waxy potatoes, I really can't improve on the brilliant recipe in the link below.

Thanks Fruits of the Forrest, finally a Tartiflette recipe. Just a tip, Reblochon cheese is quite difficult to find, but Waitrose have it for £3.69/wheel - cheesetastic.
