Supermarkets sell duck legs in pairs. They are much easier to make something nice from like this than as part of a whole duck.
To cook, just place in a roasting tray. No oil is needed, but season well on both sides. Cook at 170C, for around 1 hour. There is no need to baste, and in fact doing so will prevent the skin crisping up nicely. However, after around 20 minutes it's not a bad idea to move them around a bit on the tray to prevent them sticking to it. A very lengthy cooking may not be needed as the heat circulates so easily around them, though do give them longer if you think needed. After having cooked them leave them to rest for a good 20 minutes in their tray.
Idea 1 - in a bun with lettuce, goats cheese and sweet chilli sauce
Idea 2 - in a salad. Can leave them to cool, refrigerate, take off meat, slice, fry in an omelette pan to make crispy, seasoning well, then will be lovely in a salad.
Idea 3 - with chips and an apple sauce.
